This is the control center for your Waply widget. To access these settings, navigate to Waply > General Settings.

Basic Configuration

• Enable/Disable Widget: A master toggle to show or hide the widget site-wide.
• Phone Number: Enter your primary WhatsApp number in international format (e.g., 441234567890). Do not include + or 00.
• Pre-filled Message: Create a default message that appears in the user’s WhatsApp chat box when they click the widget (e.g., “Hello! I have a question about your services.”).

Display Conditions

You can choose exactly where Waply appears:

• Show on Desktop/Mobile: Toggle visibility based on the visitor’s device.
• Page Targeting: Choose to show the widget only on specific pages (like your “Contact” or “Pricing” pages) or hide it on your “Checkout” page to avoid distractions.
