Don’t want customers messaging you at 3 AM? Use the Business Hours feature to manage expectations.

Configuration Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Availability tab.
  2. Timezone: Select your local timezone to ensure accuracy.
  3. Weekly Schedule: Set the “Open” and “Closed” times for each day of the week.
  4. Offline Message: Customize the text that appears when you are away (e.g., “We are currently offline. Leave a message and we’ll get back to you during business hours!”).

Offline Behavior

You can choose to Hide the Widget entirely during off-hours or keep it visible with a “Read-only” status message.
