This section covers how to save your work and display it on your website pages.

Once you have added your logos and configured your layouts, you need to publish and grab your shortcode.

Publish & Save Settings: Pinned to the top of your right sidebar, this standard WordPress box handles the saving of your showcase.

  • Status: Shows if your showcase is a work-in-progress (Draft) or live (Published).
  • Visibility: Set the backend visibility to Public or Private.
  • Published On: The exact date and time the showcase was created.
  • Move to Trash: Deletes the entire showcase and all its settings.
  • Publish / Update Button: Click this to save your work! Note: You must Publish the showcase at least once before a valid Shortcode is generated.

The Showcase Shortcode: Located right below the Publish box, this container provides the magic code needed to display your logos.

Copy Button: Click the clipboard icon to instantly copy the code. You can paste this shortcode into any WordPress Page, Post, Text Widget, or Page Builder (like Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg).

Shortcode Field: Displays your unique identifier, looking something like [rlsfw_showcase id="123"].
