Humanize your digital storefront by letting visitors know exactly who they are calling.

  • Support Avatar: Upload a profile picture of yourself, your support agent, or a friendly company mascot. This image appears inside the popup window to build immediate trust.
  • Support Name: Replace the default “Support Team” with a specific name or department (e.g., “Sarah from Sales”).
  • Support Title: Provide helpful context or set expectations. The default is “Typically replies in 5 minutes”, but this can be changed to “Senior Consultant” or “Available Now”.
